Tim Senior, Owner, Builder

Tim grew up as a local in Solano County. He started construction at a very early age helping out his father. Throughout his career in construction, he worked for top builders and gained the expertise in custom home building and was taught by the best. Tim always had a passion for helping people and would reach out when he could, to lend a hand with something. He got his B General Building Contractor's license in 1999. His biggest accomplishment was in 2002 with Sutton Construction, building the Villa de Madre Estate on Suisun Valley Road, which is an unmistakable custom built 24,000 Sq. Ft. Villa set on 80 Acres surrounded by Vineyards and Palm trees. Since then, Tim has built numerous custom homes in Solano and Napa County. Tim enjoys Hunting, Fishing and the outdoors. He currently resides with his wife and dog child in Fairfield, Ca.
